Sharing moments in time…

Weekly Photo Challenge: Sunset

While I have some very nice photos of setting suns over beautiful places, thought I’d take a different view and post two shots that were taken at sunset but didn’t feature the vista – just the time of day.  The first is photo taken in downtown Vail – I just really liked the silhouette against the warm late afternoon sunlight.

The second is a quiet sunset moment in the Sierras.  We were watching the sun sink over the mountains and the reflections on water and I was lucky enough to capture this image of a lone fisherman against the ripples and reflections.  Hope you enjoy.

    • Thanks Sarah – took it a few years back with a point and shoot camera but it is still one of my favorites.

    • Thanks eRVee. I like your sunset shots also. Haven’t been to the Phillipines yet but have visited Malaysia and Indonesia – I’ll get there someday.
