Sharing moments in time…

What am I…chopped liver???

Maybe its just me but I thought this was a funny scene this cloudy morning.  This lady walked over to take a picture of the (rather dull) beach  and totally ignored the gull that was about a foot away looking right at her as if to ask “aren’t I more interesting than that???”.  I pointed him out to her after she finished with her picture and she admitted she never even saw him…..

I’m over Here!!

  1. Sometimes when we are so focused on what we are doing, we do not see what is right in front of us! A perfect example of this.

  4. That’s a great capture! The irony about photography is that you notice details but miss part of the ‘bigger picture’.

    • Marina,
Thats a great challenge isn’t it? Try to notice and capture both perspectives. Impossible, but fun trying….
OBTW – got the Nikon 18-200 today – not enough time to evaluate it yet but I’ll keep you posted.

      • Very cool – I’ve never been to Katmai but hear good things about it. Hopefully I’ll have some good bear pics to share in late summer.
