Geometry (again) and a Sunday vsit….

Given Fridays photo challenge on geometry and that it is Sunday, I thought I’d share another photo of a European cathedral.  This was one of my favorites of the multitude of cathedrals and churches we saw in Southern Europe a few weeks back.  This is the cathedral in Monaco which is very near the palace on the hill overlooking the city.  The thing that differentiates this Cathedral for me is that although it is based on Gothic architecture, it is very clean and understated in a more modern way.  This is a view up toward the main Rotunda showing the mural there.
