Weekly Photo Challenge: Indulge
This is what I would call “high speed” indulgence – I took this photograph at Cape Point in South Africa. There was a caravan of these brand new Porsche Carerra’s fresh off the manufacturing line. People signed up to participate in this drive across this beautiful country in those beautiful machines – we were in a mini-van……
Maybe next time.
I agree completely with you!

Love the idea. Don’t really like Porsche, but I wouldn’t have turned down the chance to drive one. Great shot. And certainly an indulgence.
February 24, 2012 at 12:27 pm
That would be my luck also – stuck in a mini van

Jeannette – at least we weren’t hitch-hiking! Say hi to Dex and Mozzie

After being suitably impressed by the line of WOW cars, I have come down enough to say that I also like the composition of your photo with the strong diagonal. The blue/black color combination is set off nicely by the red tail lights.

On the more positive side, I sang “Hallelujah” for my singing class project…..

indulgence from many perspectives – a great example of repeating patterns too. makes for a perfectly indulgent composition 🙂

Besides the awesome cars and the fact that I can’t drive one, I do like the repetition of pattern in your photo…and the reflections from the car bodies. Cool post!
